Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Galliera

First of the four new Gallieras is out! Part of Louis Vuitton's Cruise 2009 collection, Damier Azur Galliera is inspired by the French Riviera and has a cruise feel that is spacious yet stylish and ideal for everyday use. I've been reading forums and people would love to have the Galliera in Damier canvas and now, LV's heard their prayers and the bag came down from the heavens in color Azur. But I'm just curious (like everyone else) if there would be an Ebony version coming out in the near future.

Damier Azur Galliera like it's Monogram counterpart features the same design with it's distinctive Louis Vuitton Inventeur plate, but the only difference is that this time around, it's made from Damier Azur canvas (obviously). The bag has this easy to use magnetic closure and a wide and adjustable shoulder strap that as what I've heard is really comfortable.

Galliera in Damier Azur comes in two sizes, PM (16.5" x 11.4" x 6.7") and GM (19.7" x 13.4" x 7.9").

Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Odéon Collection

This Halloween season, tons of new Louis Vuitton bags will be released and first up is the Odéon. A large and spacious handbag-slash-messenger, Odéon pays homage to Paris' neoclassical theater, one of France's six national theaters which resonates the culture of the region in its name. The bag can be used in a variety of functions, emitting a strong female charm for day-to-day use.

Odéon is fashioned from the iconic Monogram canvas which combines durability, versatility and lightness. The bag features natural calfskin leather straps and trimmings, bright golden brass pieces, a zipper at the top for easy access, internal and external patch pockets and more. The bag can be handheld or on the shoulder or across the body thanks to its adjustable and comfortable leather strap. Odéon comes in three sizes; PM, MM, and GM with sizes shown below:

Louis Vuitton Paris Speedy Cube

Fall/Winter 2008-09 kicked off with a bang after the release of the Monogram Shimmer bags, then 2 weeks later, the Monogram Suede Embossed bags were released and now, before the month ends, the third batch of Fall bags are now out out out! The Louis Vuitton Paris Speedy comes in two sizes; Mini and Cube.

So first off, let's have a look at the Speedy Cube. We all know that the Speedy is one of the icons of Louis Vuitton. It has been reinvented so many times-this collage might give you an idea-and on it's nth reincarnation, the Speedy goes urban! The Speedy Cube is made from smooth black leather embossed with 'LOUIS VUITTON PARIS' that covers the whole bag and has features reminiscent of the trunks of yesteryear. With it's clean cut and structured shape, the worlds of luxury and urban chic seems to have combined.

As for the bag's specs, it has these white golden brass pieces that outlines the bag in metallic detail. Like the other Speedies, it has a wide zipper closure that can be locked using a Louis Vuitton engraved padlock. The keys are hidden in the metal trimmed key bell that is removable so if you think it's hassly, just give it a snap and its gone gone gone. The Speedy Cube can be hand-held or carried on the shoulder or across the body thanks to the removable and adjustable leather strap with vintage lock. And the thing that's really cool with this bag is that it has protective metal bars on the base for protection.
